He has worked all over the globe including Japan, India, Peru, Europe & China, and his work has screened at Sundance, SXSW, Telluride, AFI Docs and Palm Springs film festivals. His commercial client list includes Lexus, Nikon, General Motors, Riot Games and Microsoft.

Chad remains current on the latest trends in the science of motion picture capture, while honing his aesthetic sensibilities and passion for visual storytelling.

AMERICAN CINEMATOGRAPHER HONORABLE MENTION

Chad’s first film, Father the Flame, received honorable mention by the American Cinematographer magazine at the 2019 Salem Film Festival documentary competition. The editor in chief and publisher, Stephen Pizzello gave high praise to the visuals of the film, dubbing it the “The 2001 A Space Odyssey of pipe making documentaries.”

Chad’s first feature documentary as cinematographer/director, Father the Flame, premiered at the Chicago International Film Festival in 2018 and is available on all major streaming services.
